Self-Compassionate Parenting, facilitated by Adryon Burton Denmark, PhD
January 21 - March 10
Tuesdays, 6pm - 7:30pm
This is an 8-week structured mindfulness-based group for parents. However, it is also a therapy group as members are invited to delve into the personal issues that hold them back from parenting the way they want to. The focus is on letting go of shame and judgment (towards self and others) and developing practices and attitudes to support increased self-compassion.
Meets at 1433 S 1100 E.

A Yoga and Wellness Workshop by
Emily Hawkins, LCSW C-IAYT and Alicia Thompson
The holidays are coming along with the familiar, friends, food, family, gatherings and traditions.
Before you step into the hustle and bustle of the season, offer yourself two hours for yourself to connect with what is truly important to you, and step into the season HOW you want to no matter
where you are or what you are doing.
In this fun, and engaging coaching and yoga workshop, you will identify and connect with what is uniquely important to you during this season, and practice tools to effectively balance your personal
needs with the commitments, relationships and activities this season brings.
This is a wonderful opportunity for couples or friends to attend together! Learn more about what is
important to each other, connect, and create the holidays grounded in joy.
No previous mindfulness or meditation experience necessary. Register online www.21styoga.com or call 21st yoga at 385-250-7033
