Gentle Wintering Workshop March 11 - April 1, 2024

This is  4 week sills workshop open to primary survivors of all gender identifies and expressions. This workshop will use mindfulness, writing, embodiment exercises and other coping strategies.

Women's Yoga, Mindfulness and Psychotherapy Group starting March 21, 2024
