By joining, I certify that I am a psychotherapist who is licensed either provisionally for practice under the supervision of a fully licensed therapist or fully licensed for independent practice in Utah. In addition, I am either currently working in private practice or interested in starting one. By joining I also attest to WPP's Mission Statement and agree to abide by the code of conduct. 

If joining as a retired individual, I further attest that I have been licensed as a mental health provider and am fully retired from practice with clients.  

Members may choose to be listed in the searchable online public directory which is used by potential clients, or only visible to other members.
