Dr. Carmela J. Javellana is a child and adolescent psychiatrist in Bountiful, Utah and is affiliated with Intermountain Primary Children's Hospital-University of Utah.  Dr. Javellana is also the Founder and Director of, SHIN (Sanctuary for Healing and Integration). She received her medical degree from West Visayas State University Faculty of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
